All regular council meetings are held on the 1st Monday of the month; unless the holiday falls on Monday and the regular meeting will be held the following day-Tuesday.  All regular meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 134 East Main Street, Stockbridge.  Anyone interested in being placed on the agenda must contact the Village Clerk no later than Thursday before the regularly scheduled meeting at 517.851.7435.  All public are welcome to speak during public comment.  There are 2 public comments on the agenda - early in the agenda and then toward the end of the agenda.  All public are given a 3 minute time limit.  All public must state their name and resident address before addressing council.  Please be courteous of others around you and silence your cell phones before the council meeting opens.  Any other questions, please feel free to contact the Village Office at 517.851.7435 between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm or email the Clerk at rhicks@vil.stockbridge.mi.us
